Hello! Today I started packing the Kickstarer rewards. You will start getting tracking information from Backerkit soon, I will be packing orders everyday :)
Unfortunately I've run into some problems with the tote bag manufacturer. They let me know TODAY that they can't fulfill the bags until June because the warehouse where the bags are made had to prioritize PPE (personal protective Equipment).
As you can imagine I wish they had let me know about this when I placed my order with them more than a month ago because I had other options. Now I'm trying to decide if I should wait until June, switch the bags or switch manufacturers.
Let me know if you ordered a tote bag and have an opinion on the matter :)
BTW I have 7 people who still haven't filled out their surveys! Is one of them you? 🤔

I wanted to send an update about the state of the production. As you know, things are a little hectic right now :)
Thankfully the pin manufacturers are back to work as normal. They quoted me the production time as 45 days instead of the usual 30 days so I'm expecting them by the middle of April. They already sent me pictures the half produced samples and they look great!
The tote bags are slightly delayed but I also expect them by the middle of April. And the stickers are printing right now.
As long as the USPS is working as usual the rewards will be all shipped by the end of April. I've been furloughed so the good news is I'll have a lot of free time to do quality checks and pack orders!
